GUI shows high memory usage or freezes

If you encounter this problem, see Use Less Memory When Reloading Plan in Preferences section of Configuring Project Settings. 

Typically the following conditions in the project may trigger excessive memory usage:

• Changelog is large
• Changelog contains large numbers of SQL statements.  This can happen when Externalize Stored Logic is not enabled for the project.
