Encountered when running a hammer command (notably hammer groovy deployPackager.groovy)

Solution: edit hammer.bat. Change the SET VMARGS line and add options to increase the memory allocation as shown.

SET VMARGS -XX:MaxPermSize=256M -Xmx1024m11
