You may import existing projects into a Datical DB work space using the Import Wizard in the Datical DB GUI. Here are a few best practices to ensure the import goes as smoothly as possible:
- Remove Old, Unneeded Files from Your Project - Over time, you may accumulate a large quantity of reports and log files for which you no longer need ready access. Reports and logs may be safely deleted, but removin
- Start the Datical DB GUI.
- Select File > Import.
- Select Existing Imports and click Next
- Select Select Archive File, then click Browse button to select a project for import.
- The new project is isted in the middle Projects. panel. Make sure the project is selected, then click Finish.
- The project is imported and you will see the new project in the Deployment Plans list (left panel) of Datical DB.
