Database Driver Updates in v8.0
New database drivers are available for Liquibase Enterprise starting in version 8.0. It is important to note that the Liquibase Enterprise version needs to match the driver version to operate successfully.
If using the Composite Repo to install drivers, ensure that the Composite Repo matches the version of Liquibase Enterprise Client you are installing drivers on.
If using the Software Update Site (http://update.datical.com) to install drivers, ensure that the URL matches the version of Liquibase Enterprise Client you are installing drivers on.
Here are some examples of appropriate driver locations using the Software Update Site:
For v7.18: http://update.datical.com/7.18/thirdparty/
⚠️ Many customers have reported issues using http://update.datical.com/latest/thirdparty/ to install drivers
This is not a best practice behavior, and should only be done when simultaneously installing the latest version of Liquibase Enterprise along with the drivers.
Using this URL to install drivers on an older version of Liquibase Enterprise may cause unexpected issues.
Notable Changes
DMC: Support for LDAP Groups
Liquibase Enterprise DMC 8.1 now supports synching of LDAP groups.
This allows you to add project permissions to groups rather than or in addition to individual users.

DMC: Keycloak Server Update
Liquibase Enterprise DMC 8.1 now uses Keycloak 19. This is a major upgrade from Keycloak 8 used in previous releases.
Benefits to this update:
Addresses vulnerabilities discovered in previous Keycloak versions
Streamlines configuration with a simpler interface
Added support for various connection adapter options
