Your access is set up when your company purchases Datical DB.

Activating the Account for Documentation

Documentation is maintained on a Confluence site, https://datical-cs.atlassian.net/

• You get email from Customer Support with information on how to log in. 

The following spaces are starting points for Datical documentation:

• Datical Product Documentation - The main documentation page for current versions of Datical.  Please use this for Datical versions 6.7 and higher.
• Customer Success Resources - Use this older page to locate the product documentation for older versions of Datical DB. Individual spaces were maintained for older versions 2019.2 and lower. 
• Liquibase Enterprise Knowledge Base - Use this page to explore topics developed by Datical Customer Success

Datical Customer Success also develops a site for your company to use for planning, development, and documentation of your installation of Datical DB. Your account representative gives you the link to it. 

Activating the Account for Software Downloads

Software downloads are maintained on software.datical.com. 

• You get email from notifications@thruinc.net, subject User Activation Notification (software.datical.com)
• If you did not receive a registration email, please contact us at support@datical.com requesting access.

Datical Support emails you an invitation to set up and activate the account. 

1. Click the link in the email.
   
   
   
   
2. Enter and confirm a password, then click SUBMIT. 
   
   Please note the password guidelines on this page.
   
   
   
   
3. When the password meets the guidelines, your account is activated. Click the here link to log in and access the Datical site. 
   
   

Accessing the Datical Site

1. In a browser, go to https://software.datical.com. Log in.

2. Open FOLDERS, then COMMON. 
   
   
   
   
3. There are folders for Datical software. The key folders are these:
   • Datical_DB_Software - downloads for the GUI and CLI client. 
   • Datical_Documentation - PDF files of Datical Documentation exported from the Confluence site: Datical Product Documentation. 
     • The Confluence site requires a separate login. 
   • Datical_Service Software - downloads for Datical Service.
     
     
     
     
4. If you are ready to download software, go to [COPY] Downloading the Liquibase Business Installer. 
   • Otherwise, look around. Log out when you are done.
